hello and welcome to the forum.,
urine is a sterile fluid.
this report shows presence of few pus cells and epithelial cells.
the presence of pus cells gives a suspicion of some urinary tract infection.

kindly show the report to the physician who has asked for this urine analysis. get yourself treated for the same.
