I have had episodes of itching vagina. I seen a doctor about it and she said it was bacterial vaginosis so she prescribed medication for it and the symptoms cleared up. But then it returned but this time it came with pain in the lower left side of my back that shot pains into my lower abdomen. I was then treated for a UTI and again the symptoms cleared but now it is all coming back please help I cant take it anymore

Hello madam, from the history you have given, well urinary tract infections are common in women because of short urethra.I Hope you have used the complete course of antibiotics for bacterial vaginosis and UTI.Apart from usage of antibiotics, you need to maintain personal hygiene, drink lots of water, keep your vagina clean, need to void following sexual intercourse, and have a healthy diet. If your immunity is decreased, to tend to be more prone for infections.hope I was helpful to you.
