Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns.

What is the reason behind your these symptoms. You are having some sweating, body tremors etc and you are able to overcome these symptoms and be in the class successfully. Is it not a positive sign. The symptoms may come for a few days and will go off its own. so don't worry about this. learn to overcome the problems as you did before and be proud about it. Please don't research about this to much, or else you will come out with some reasons and some name for it, which might become more troublesome. Ignore these symptoms. You might need counseling. I can help you online if you desire so.
