Episode Of Uncontrollable Trembling, Dizziness With Chills. What Is The Cause?

My mother called this morning and said that our grandmother had some sort of epidsode last night but refused to call 911. I was just wondering if i gave you some of the symptons she was having if you could give me any insight to help push her to go to the dotor. She was shaking uncontrollably, was dizzy and with having a sweater, pants and socks on was cold to the touch.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

It is important to know whether or not she was conscious during the episode. Was she responding to stimulus and if she had control on bowel and bladder?

Based on the provided information, her symptoms could be related to
1. Febrile illness
2. A seizure
3. Cardiac arrhythmia

Her symptoms appear concerning to me and warrants a thorough clinical examination and evaluation. Do visit the nearest emergency centre for proper evaluation.

I will be interested in knowing the results of initial examination. So if feasible keep us posted.

Best Regards
