Brain affection by different causes can produce tunnel vision, confusion, dizziness...hind brain circulation problem being one of them. Is it continuous or intermittent? Is it in both eyes? Is there any nausea, headache, imbalance? i would advise medical check up with a good physician to rule out anything serious, as some causes are dangerous.
