Enzymes Slighly High, Could This Be A Serious Indication ?

Hi im a 27 year old female 3 months ago i did a blood test and it showed that my liver enzymes are slightly high and also ESR was slightly high as well im just anxious could this be a serious indication

If i drink alchohol it would be occasional which is once every few months to a year thats if i do drink...and no i dont have hepititis...
