Enlarged supraclavicular lymph node on left side, normal chest X-ray. Labs shows high cholesterol, triglycerides. Lymphoma?

Hello, I am a 46 year old female with enlarged supraclavicular lymph node on left side. I had a chest x-ray which was normal . I had blood work done which indicates red and white numbers within normal limits (except Eosinophils which are zero and have been for several years). Cholesterol and Triglycerides elevated (Total Chol. 262, Tryglycerides 190, LDL Chol, 142) ALT is elevated (43). I had Epstein-Barr Virus 6 years ago and was quite ill for almost one full year. Is lymphoma a possibility? I would think I would have other symptoms.... I would appreciate your opinion. Thanks!

From the investigations you have mentioned, nothing seems alarming.

You have not mentioned whether you get any other symptoms/what treatment you'd so far and how long has the lymph node been enlarged?

If the Lymph nodes are significantly enlarged and you want to rule out lymphoma, the next 100% confirmatory test would be FNAC (some fluid is aspirated from lymph node and examined under microscope) or excision biopsy (remove lymph node and get it checked over by pathologist).
