Welcome to Healthcare Magic The ovarian cyts could be associated with hormonal imbalance which causes thick endometrium. You can wait for it to shed off as menses or D&C or EB(Endometrial Biopsy) can be done to find out why it is thick and whether hormonal treatment will benefit. You need to get tested for hormones like FSH, LH to rule out PCOD where there will be problem in hormones and also problem in ovulation. Once hormones are normal you can attempt to conceive, especially with the help of ultrasound monitoring of the ovulation to increase your chances of pregnancy.
