Endometriosis, Delayed Periods, Had Intercourse. Pregnant?

I was diagnosed with endometriosis 2 yrs ago. My cycle was regular. Jan and feb my cycle was irregular. Feb 18 I had my cycle and march 19 I had my cycle. I don t know when I ovulate. I had sex with my husband April 16. I thought my cycle was suppose to come the 18. Is it possible for me to get pregnant? My cycle still hasn t came. And I have do signs of it coming.

Thanks for writing to us.
Having sex only once on 16th april when your period is expected on 18th april is not likely to result in pregnancy. You need to have sex every alternate day from day 9 to day 16 of your cycle considering the day bleeding starts as day 1.
