Please help me understand this..... The uterus measures 10.5 x 4.8 x 6.6 cm. Endometrial echo complex measures 16mm in thickness. It demonstrates a heterogeneous echotexture with hypoechoic areas. There is a focal area of ill-defined hypoechogenicity involving the cervix , measuring approximately 2.5 x 1.5 x 2.4 cm in size. This is of uncertain etiology and significance.
