Emergency Contraception For Unprotected Sex

I bought my girlfriend Next Choice (Emergency Contraception). The box says to take 1 pill then take the 2nd, 12 hours later. However, I have heard from many people and read online that it is okay, and possibly even more effective to take both at the same time, since it has already 30 hours since the unprotected sex. If that is true, she has already taken 1 pill. however, that was 1 hour ago. Is it okay to take them an hour or so apart?

the box labelling is given not simply by hearsay. it is done by the research of the many doctors over a long period and than the approprite dose and the time to take it is determined. if both tablet is taken at the same time and it will be effective than why do they want to do all this circus of one tablet at one time and the other tablet after 12 hours? dont go by what peopele say, they have no logic nor research data to back up there sayings. follow what is written on the box.
