Electrical Shock Pains In Stomach. Lasts For A Few Seconds. What Could It Be?
I have sharp electrical shock pains in my stomach and at first i thought it was gas but it seems to be happening more often and more severe. Its pretty painful but only lasts for a couple of seconds and then its over. I am not pregnant nor do i smoke cigarettes. I have regular bowel movements but i do tend to eat a lot of spicy foods. what could this be?

avoid spicy food, tae, coffee.
take milk in excess.
have light diet,
avoid fried foods.
don't keep your stomach empty.
