hello doctor i am 30 year old unmarried man. during my school and college days when i became nervous or tense like during exam time or delivering a public speech on stage, my penis ejaculated immediately without any erection . sometimes when i saw sexually explicit videos also my penis ejaculated automatically without any erection.At times i felt sum pain in my testicles during that immediate ejaculation without erection. i was worried then and did not consult any sexologist as i thought my problem would disappear with times. Now i dont have that problem anymore even when i become nervous or tense, but sometimes when i see sexually explicit videos my penis ejaculates immediately without erection. I think this happens because i had ignored the treatment of my problem during school days. Doctor will this affect my marriage life as i am planning to get married? is ejaculation without erection normal?
