Would use of cocaine two days before a MCV blood count is taken result in a higher than normal MCV count?

Just the MCV has very little value, it has to be co related with MCH, MCHC and cbc. PLease get back to us with that. Cocaine may cause nutritional anemia as seen by most clinical trials and studies.
