Eczema,psoriasis,marbling On My Legs,purple Colour

I m 14 and have what looks like marbling on my legs and arms. Sometimes it will make me look purple and it can be really embarrassing when I want to wear short sleeves or a dress. I also have eczema and psoriasis , I don t know if it has anything to do with it. Is there a way to get my arms and legs to look normal quickly?
