Eczema, dried patches of skin on scalp, eye lids, forehead, itchiness on chest, thighs. Treatment?

Hello? I am a 19 year old male suffering through eczema . I had eczema since I was a young boy (around 5 til now). I have dried, cracked patches of skin on my scalp , eyes lids, forehead , neck, behind elbows and knees. I have red itchy patches of skin on my chest, rib cage area, stomach, inner thighs, and below my butt. What is my problem, and how do I fix it?

im dr satya.
regarding your problem you said you had eczema, since child hood, from 5 till now. eczema has a seasonal a seasonal variation and i would like to know more details about the same.
dried cracked skin patches may also indicate an abnormality in the moisture content of the skin.
Also the areas mentioned by you indicate the regions which are rich in seborric glands. all of these have to be taken into consideration to evaluate your case.
