Ectopic Atrial. Moderate High Lateral Repolarization Disturbance. Meaning?

Ectopic atrial rhythm
Probably high lateral infarct
Moderate high lateral repolarization disturbance secondary to infarct

Can I get a quick overview of what this may mean? This is from a pre-op EKG given as a routine test. Surgeon has canceled surgery till I am cleared by cardiologist. My appt is not till 9/25 and I would like to at least have some information before I go. The infarct part makes me think back to an episode I had with terrible pain under my breasts all the way around, copious cold sweating and vomiting.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Sir/madam
Thanks for writing to HCM.
1. ECGs are best interpreted in light of clinical information and one should have a look on the graphs. Computer generated report may be totally wrong.
2. The report says that there is a suspicion of heart attack. The source of origin of heart beat is also not normal instead it is a nearby tissue in atria (the receiving chambers of heart).
Sincerely
