Eats slate pencil, gained weight. How can I avoid this?

hi, m eating slate pencil so much last 15 years .i tried to stop eat it but i cant .totlly helpless.when i tensed i stared eating slate pencil.after eating the slate pencil i gaind wait. right now my age is 28 years and weight is 66 kg.dat is not for me ..i want to loose weight.wt i do?i am a female. can u give the best suggetion?

first of all you have to stop eating slate pencils its not going to benefit u in anyway,u can stop it by counselling ,u have mentioned its when you get tensed you eat them,find some other ways to channel your tension like workingout,second thing you havent mentioned your height,to determine if a persons weight is appropriate for their height, the BMI is calculated. This stands for body mass index and is weight (kg) divided by height in meter(this is squared).A BMI of 18 to 24.9 is normal,find out where does your BMI stands,and to loose weight there is no short cut have a proper workout and diet...
