Easy Tiredness, Dizziness, Fluctuating Appetite, Mood Swings, Difficulty In Concentrating. Reason?

Hello, lately I ve been spending my days feeling easily tired, dizzy, and my appetite has been fluctuating (I would be too full on day, then the next day I d want to eat anything). I am also currently very moody right now. It also seems to be harder to concentrate, it feels like I have too many things going on in my mind.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

You symptoms could to be indicative of depression, which is causing you the tiredness, fatigue, disturbed appetite, mood lability, difficulty in concentration, etc. I would advise you consult a psychiatrist for a detailed psychological assessment and further treatment. There are effective treatment options - in the form of medication or counselling / psychotherapy which will help you overcome your problems.

Wish you all the best.
