All prescriptions filled at any pharmacy have to be ok'd by the pharmacist. It depends on how early the refill is. It's more a matter of your insurance. Your insurance won't pay if you get a refill too soon. If you don't have insurance, the pharmacy will usually fill something like that for you (meaning a non-controlled substance) 5-7 days early. You should call your pharmacy and ask them.

Good evening, my question is that i feel depressed and not being able to focus on work nor do I have that flame that used to get me up in the morning with the feeling of conquering the world., so when I was living in Brea CA my doctor at the time gave me Sertraline hcl 25 lm tablets and to take it 1 tablet daily, with 10 refills. AS I started taking them, I didn t notice any improvements and never refiled the rest, I had moved out of state and did not follow up. now I understand that it takes a while for them to work and perhaps the dosage was low. So What can I do now because I;m feeling worse. Thank you, Mario

I am currently being treated by a psychiatrist for depression and am taking Zoloft. I ran out of medication over a week ago and called my doctor to set an appt./get refill. However, my doctor is out of town so I spoke with her staff and was told that they would relay my message to her and she would call my prescription in. I have checked with my pharmacy but she has not called it in. I have left numerous messages on her office s answer machine but have not rec d a reply. I tried calling physician s exchange but was told that she is not listed with them. I am suffering extreme depression (i.e., sadness, weepy, jittery) and don t know what to do to get a small refill for Zoloft as I have an appointment to see her on 6/6/14. Please help.
