Hello,
It is very sad that you lost your caesarean baby. Heavy bleeding with a low positioned sac does not indicate a good prognosis. Fetal heart will be seen at around 7 weeks in a trans-vaginal scan. Since the bleeding has subsided what we can do is to wait until the next scan to decide what can be done. Meanwhile take absolute bed rest, avoid intercourse and stress. Many-a-time, though, such pregnancies continue without any problem later on. You may ask your gynecologist if any hormone supplementation can be given. Wish you good luck.
