Hi, I am 6+4 days pregnant and for the last few days I ve had very mild period like cramps and very slight brownish coloured discharge only when I wipe. I also don t have any morning sickness only tiredness and sore breasts sometimes. Is this cause for concern or something that s common? Thanks. I should mention I ve booked my appt with the GP and I ll be eight weeks at that stage - should I bring the date forward?
