Early Pregnancy, Do Not Have Cramps, Dizziness Or Morning Sickness, Have Frequent Sex Without Bleeding. Is My Baby Fine?
I am 7weeks pregnant, is it normal not to have any symptoms at all, it scares me that my baby isnt alive.. I will have my ultrasound tom. I ve been having sex while pregnant with my husband but i never bled. I am just experiencing minor cramps , no bleeding nor spotting, no dizziness nor morning sickness . I do not have any signs.. is my baby ok? thanks.

I dont think you need to worry. Not everyone who is pregnant has some symptoms. In fact, if a lady does present with all the classical symptoms of pregnancy, we get a urine pregnancy test and ultrasound to confirm. I am sure everything is fine.
All you need to do is have a healthy and balanced diet and not take any medication without consulting your physician.

You are thinking like that. the only symptom of pregnancy is amenorrhoea means abscense of
periods. lack of appetite vomiting sensation vomitings bleeding etc are symptoms of pathology
of pregnancy due to defeciency or some thing of that sort. presence of cramps also may occur
but it is not commen. You should be happy that you didnt have any untoward symptoms. To
have sex in early pregnancy is not uncommen. So be happy
