Early Pregnancy. Have Nausea, Vomiting, Excess Saliva. Was Prescribed Envepe. Suggest An Alternate Medicine?

i am 8 weeks pregnant and having a severe problem of nausea vomiting and saliva. main problem is saliva whic make me more nauseous and vomiting starts due excessive saliva. even a single sip of water is trying to vomit out due to excess saliva. my doc has suggested me envepe tablet for vomiting and nausea but i want any harmless medicine for this saliva? please suggest something

Envepe is the prescription medication specifically indicated for the treatment of nausea and vomiting of pregnancyIt provides the anti-nauseant and anti-vomiting action of two different ingredients: Doxylamine Succinate (an antihistamine) and Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6). Envepe is safe for baby of Pregnant women.
The only FDA-approved drug for treating nausea and vomiting in pregnancy is doxylamine/pyridoxine
