Ear Pain, Swollen Lymph Node In Throat, Chest Pain On Swallowing. Causes?

I am 20 years old and female. I have had a slight ear ache off and on since yesterday afternoon. Today i woke up and my throat feels like I have a swollen lymph node just under my adams apple on the right side, and when i swallow i get a short lived sore pain in my upper right chest. there doesnt seem to be any swelling anywhere.

I am Dr Ravinder Sharma ENT surgeon. It appears that you have a problem in throat causing pain in ear (referred otalgia). History is suggestive of a acute infection but you will require a ENT consultation to come down to the correct diagnosis
Pain in throat, soreness in throat, pain in ear and a neck swelling gives a suggestion of Acute infection in throat with referred pain in ear
