Ear Pain After Talking On The Phone. Suggestion?

Hi, Good day.My ears are paining after 1 to 2 mins talk through phone/mobile. Also I feel my ears are blocked. I clean my ears regularly. I am not a music lover.also I can hear every sound. At the same time if I use ear phones to talk , then Everything will be fine. Only problem is I con t take short call also through mobile directly. my ears will give more pain, it will be with me for 10 mins to 30 mins. Please suggest me.

Do not try to clear ears on your won, it creates problem like minor trauma to EAC skin can leads to granulations or it might hurt tympanic membranes also so avoid it
It seems that it could be Eustachian tube dysfunction or thin drum with fluid in middle ear
consult ENT specialist and get examine ears
