Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi Rupali,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum,
This can be fungal infection, with inflammation of the external auditory canal causing these problems. You can consult any ENT specialist, then will be able to manage this condition. In case your mother is a diabetic please get it controlled. Any more doubts you are welcome.

Take care
Regards

Dr. Naveen Kumar
