Ear Ache For Past 8 Hours And The Area Behind Ear Has Become Hard
Hi i am having sever right ear ache for past 8 hours. i noticed that the area behind ear has become hard and when pressed the pain inflamate. Never had this problem before. is there any home remedy ? it is only on one side. cant sleep. Any help?

You could be having middle ear infection like CSOM which has involved mastoid behind the ear. Do not delay. Consult ENT Doctor immediately and get examined for perforation of your ear drum and infection and get proper antibiotics and pain killers. You can take over the counter pain killer under medical supervision for pain relief but you must go to ENT Doctor immediately.
