Dear ankit,

I went through your history. First I want to know whether you have fever or not.according your age it looks like viral infection than other dangerous condition.I would like you know contact history of tuberculosis also. How ever You must meet a consultant physician as soon as possible with this report and get medicine.
I find this answer helpful
