EKG Shows Sinus Bradycardia. Should I Be Concerned?

I am a 49 y.o. female. I had an ekg in May prior to shoulder surgery . I received a copy of that ekg today and it says Sinus bradycardia - Possible interior infarct - age undetermined. Abnormal ECG *unconfirmed analysis* . The text on the test concerns me, but what concerns me just as much is that neither my GP or my Surgeon even mentioned these results to me. Are my concerns unwarranted? Vent Rate: 56 bmp RR Interval: 1066 ms PR Interval : 190 ms QRS Duration 82 ms QT Interval: 408 ms Qtc Interval: 401 ms Qt Dispersion: 56 ms P-R-T Axis: 64 10 40

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi
now a days ekg machine has software to interprit ekg data but many times its not true interpritationof ekg done by machine ,
i think if you have any heart problem then your surgeon must have taken cardiologist consultation before surgery, as surgery may aggravate underlying heart problem
now as you are 49 year old , has sinus bradycardia on ekg and some abnormal finding ,i advice you to repeat your ekg and also you can do one 2D echo test it will clearify your doubt as well as give evidence also
take care
