EKG Showing Sinus Arrhythmia. Tightness In Chest And Throat, Abnormal Heart Beats. What To Do?
My heart has been beating abnormal for a couple days and when I went to my doctor they took an EKG and found a marked sinus arrhythmia I am only concerned because I can feel it beating and when I breathe it feels like there is phlegm in my chest I also have a small tightness in my throat. I am 16 years old and this is the first time this has happened to me. My BPM is around 55 to 60

Sinus arrhythmia is a normal rhythm and does not need any treatment. The most common cause of this can be anxiety, weakness, anemia or fears. For your age, you should also check out if you might be pregnant (assuming you are sexually active).
