EKG showed normal sinus rhythm, non-specific ST abnormality, abnormal ECG. Serious of MI?

my mother had an ekg done and it showed she had Normal sinus rythym, Nonspecific ST abnormalty, Abnormal ECG . Ven. rate: 70 bpm PR interval: 150 ms QRS duration: 80 ms QT/QTc: 384/414 ms P-R-T axes: 34 14 0 she went to have a pre-op done for surgery and it showed up on an EKG *My question is could it be something serious or could it be she had MI?

These are the few parameters printed over ECG, before making a conclusion many more facts we have to analyse, I will be happy if you scan the ECG and send me, with other history like age, presence or absence of diabetes, hypertension any chest pain etc.
