Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Don't worry.
The computer interpretation needs to be confirmed by a doctor.

Sinus rhythm is NORMAL
Counter Clockwise rotation could also be normal - body habitus and so on / occasionally due to problems from right ventricle of the heart
Flat T is normal in certain leads.

The chance of a disease is practically - if not theoretically - small.
Only an examination can confirm.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
