I just felt my heart beat(dull and low) then had some sensation in both legs. Having neck pain for past week Immediately felt weak and as if I am blacking out. I mOved my legs to allow some blood flow to my brain. I had an accident in 2005. SInce then had dizziness on and off. Had been evaluated by ENT/ neuro and ortho. Had MRI of brain and neck. Nothing came out. ENT DID CONFIRM THAT MY BALANCE IS due to central pathology. Please help. What could be the issue? I do have back pain sometimes
