Dull Heart Beat, Neck Pain, Weakness With A Feeling Of Black Out, Back Pain, Continuous Dizziness Post Accident. MRI Of Brain And Neck Normal. What Could Be The Cause?

I just felt my heart beat(dull and low) then had some sensation in both legs. Having neck pain for past week Immediately felt weak and as if I am blacking out. I mOved my legs to allow some blood flow to my brain. I had an accident in 2005. SInce then had dizziness on and off. Had been evaluated by ENT/ neuro and ortho. Had MRI of brain and neck. Nothing came out. ENT DID CONFIRM THAT MY BALANCE IS due to central pathology. Please help. What could be the issue? I do have back pain sometimes

You seem to be suffering from post traumatic stress disorder. I would suggest you to seek the help of Behavioural Therapist and counselling will help.

Concentrate on maintaining good health by consuming nutritious diet, plenty of oral fluids and a good sleep.
