Hi, Sir,
What is my 43 years experience says that due to long term diabetes there might be peripheral neuritis or simple neuritis may give calf muscle pain.
At this age there might be some osteoporosis or osteomalcia as well.
Though your all reports are normal, there want be any problem taking vitamin, calcium therapy empirically.
I can advice, Injection B1, B6, B12 or capsules.
Branded Calcium, Vitamin A, D.
Multivitamin supplements.
Ok and take care.
