Dull Ache In Testicle, Swelling, Heaviness, Lower Abdominal Pain. Tonic, Ibuprofen Taken. Treatment?
Hello i am usama.I am 17 am i perform hard physical exercises daily.about a month ago after my exercise i felt dull ache in my right tesricle when i walk or climb stairs.it is also swollen and is hanging upper than left one.it does not hurt when i am sitting or lying down.i took an apointment to a doctor and he said it is due to weightlifting.he gave me a tonic and ibuprofen now when i walk or practice martial arts i feel discomfort in right testicle and it also feel heavier than left one.i am very embaraced to say that i also masturbate daily and i am also feeling dull pain in lower abdomen.please help me treat my condition.

Nothing to be embarrassed about masturbation . It is normal physiological.
since the swelling is heavy and having tenderness it will be better to consult a surgeon and get investigation like u s g done for proper diagnosis and treatment .
Since you do heavy exercises ,may be you had some unnoticed trauma to scrotum that may result in some times hemorrhage and results in hematocoel .
please get a check up and get the tests done for proper treatment .
