Dull Ache In Jaw, Neck And Ear Along With Chest Pressure Which Eased After Taking Zantac For Heartburn

Dull ache in left jaw, neck and ear. Went to ER with this 2 weeks ago along with chest pressure. Stress test and blood work show not heart issue or blood clot. Taking Zantac for heartburn and chest pressure seems to have eased. Jaw/neck/ear ache seems to come and go.

hello thanks for consulting at hcm.dull ache could be due to infected teeth,, take an consultation witha dentist,do an iopa radiograph, since all the results r normal..and it was just gastritis...hope it helps,tc
