Due to knee pain i quit shuttle.

Due to knee pain i quit shuttle I showed it to the doctor and he took x-rays and said everything was fine. Also suggested to undergo physiotherapy. every day i used to play for one hour and he is asking me go for Physio he said u have got minute tear on both knees he showed me pointing at the upper cap corners if i sit and get from toilet i find it very difficult to stretch my legs so its better to say goodbye to shuttle in my life

you have to understand that physiotherapy is one of the most effective and valuable treatment it is simple exercises/ massages that work very well even major orthopedic surgery is incomplete without physiotherapy treatment
