Dryness leads to itching and a little pain to my eye

My left eye remains dry most of the time. This dryness leads to itching and a little pain. My left eye also seems to be a little smaller than the right one. Please advice

hi.. Dryness of the eyes can lead to complications which can be dangerous. There are various moisturising eye drops that can provide symptomatic relief.  Usually the well known causes of dryness affects both the eyes.  Since the symptoms are on only one eyes you may a localised cause for your problem. This could be a neurological problem. Hence I would suggest you to consult an ophthalmologist for evaluation and complete treatment.
