Dry Spots On Arms, Legs, Palms, Oval Shaped, No Hair Growth, Inflamed And Itchy Post Hot Bath, Sign Of Diabetes ?

i have these dry spots on my arms legs and palms of hands they are in oval shape and are getting worse and running together, on my legs the hair isn t growing where these spots are and its smooth but dry if that makes sense! Also they itch at times and after I get out of hot shower or bath they are inflamed and more itchy! Could this be a sign of diabetes?

In the context of Diabetes, Diabetic peripheral neuropathy can present like this.
Shiny dry skin with loss of hair. Burning pain with tingling and numbness associated with itching.
