Dry skin on penis, tried Vaseline, Eucerine. Irritated glands, rough to touch. What to do ?

Ok lol i didnt realize somebody was online. Ok im a 19 (almost 20) year old male. I have been having dry skin on my penis for literally years (since 14 or 13) and i have to apply lotion to it or vasilne to keep it from getting too dry so it doesnt crack. Recently i used Eucerine to try to sooth the skin and it worked kinda. My dry skin went away but then my glans penis became irritated. I stopped the Ecurine but my glans is still irritated. Now my glans is kinda rough to touch and i dont feel too much sensation. What do i do? I saw theres this creme called man 1 man oil and it looks legit, is that a safe alternarive to lotion?

Welcome to the forum.
It looks like there is some kind of allergy to the ones you have used already.
Liquid paraffin meant for skin use can help cure the dryness.
Please use natural products like coconut oil to help in the long term.
Best regards
