Celiac disease is a disease of intolerence to dietary wheat and manifests with chronic diarrhea, abdominal distension, musclewasting, loss of appetite with foul, greasy and bulky stools, which is not your problem. The dry mouth may be solved with ginger with salt chewing in the early morningalong with frequent small sips of water.
