Dry Hair, Excessive Hair Fall, Dark Circles, Fatigue, Thumping Feeling In Head. Cause For Above Symptoms?

Recently I have developed certain conditions which are causing a bit of concern.My hair is becoming extremely dry falling at an alarming rate.I also have dark circles under my eyes which are getting darker by the day.I feel very lethargic and fatigued,so much so that I feel drunk most of the time,my speech kind of slurs and I have a thumping feeling inside my head during such times.What could the reason be for all this?

Hi there,
I can understand your concerns.
I would strongly advise you to see your doctor at your convenience so that he can run some blood tests on you like Blood cp,LFTs,RFTS,TFTs,serrum iron and ferritin and urine R/E.
This will rule out all the possible reasons of the above described symptoms especially thyroid abnormalities and low Hb levels in the blood. Once it has been established or ruled out then there will be a clearer picture for the doctor to proceed further.
Till then kindly have a balanced diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegs,lots of water and a good night sleep.
