Dry, grey, itchy skin in genital area, used oil based creams. Suggest some medicine?

Hi, I have dry grey itchy skin in my pubic area in the fold of my legs in the pubic area. It itches non stop and skin has discoloured to a silver grey. I have used oil based creams and tissue oil which does not seem to help. Can you please suggest what i can use and what can I use to get my skin colour back to normal. It is really unsightly and I am worried about it. I also have quite serious

1. Uric acid which is released along with sweat causes dark pubic area.
2. Avoid Shaving with razor and use of lotions containing chemicals
3. Lemon juice is a natural whitening agent. You can rub a piece of lemon on the dark pubic area to turn it light. But remember it will take a long time to show its effect.
4. Lemon juice and yogurt can be applied to the dark pubic area regularly. After application of the mixture, leave it for 15 minutes on the area. You can add turmeric powder to lemon juice and yogurt to give better result.
5. You can use paste made of sandalwood powder and rose water.
6. Aloe vera gel prepared freshly from the leaves can be applied on the dark pubic area. Take bath with warm water after 15 minutes.
7. Mixture prepared of Almond oil, lemon juice, milk powder and honey should be applied on the dark pubic area, it will lighten the darkness and keep the area moist.
