Dry, Dark Peeling Skin Around Elbows, Knees And Feet. Tried Moisturisers, No Relief. Permanent Cure?

hi Mr xxxxx i was born with this condition and it has really affected my relations, associations and joy. my skin around my elbows, knees, knuckles and feet is dry, dark and continually peels off during winter. because of this i have applied many moisturises but to no avail. what is the cause of this condition. thank you in advance

You must be having pityrisis rubra pilaris. Apply urea containing cream twice a day. Take salt bath daily. Take Cap. Vitamin E 400mg once a day. Cap.Isotretinoin 10 mg at night daily. For 2 to 4 months. If you get lip dryness , you omit isotretinoin.
