Dry Crusty Nose, Throat Pain, Black Spot Behind Tonsils. Taking Medication For H.Pylori. Treatment?

I have dry crusty nose and sinuses and a dry scratchy throat . my throat is red but there is a black spot in the back of my throat behind my tonsils and uvula . and that it THE spot that is sore, dry and scratchy. I did just finish a round of mads for H. Pylori and this has been going on over a week what is it and is it bad?

HI I have gone through your mail and as you said that you re having dry crusty nose and throat is also dry and scratchy and a black spot posterior to tonsil and at this spot throat is very sore.After considering all your symptoms I am suspecting that you are having rhinopharyngitis. You are advice to go for these basic investigations like - (1) C.T.Scan paranasal sinuses, (2) culture and sensitivity of throat swab (3) XX-Ray chest in P.A.view (4) blood - C.B.C., E.S.R., blood sugar -fasting and P.P.,and you are also advice to contact your E.N.T.specialist for examination of nose and throat and co - relation of investigations to reach to appropriate diagnosis and treatment
