Dry Cough, Bleeding, Phlegm Discharge On Coughing, Constipation. Treatment For Symptoms?

Good morning Doctor. I am still not recovering from dry cough 8 days ago..When I tried to cough out hard some small blood are coming associated with the pleghm. I have loss bowel movement too..I travelled from xxxxon 4th of Jan and arrive on 4th almost midnight..It was one of my terrible flight and I didn t not get my 100% health since..Is this a cause of worry ?

HI I have gone through your mail and as you said that you are having dry irritable cough with little blood in pleghm, you have constipation also.Now you are advice to go for these basic investigations like-(1) X-Ray chest P.A.View (2) culture and sensitivity of sputum,(3) sputum for AFB,(4) blood CBC,ESR,.(5) ultrasound of abdomen.You are advice to consult your doctor who will examine you and after co-relating with investigations your final diagnosis can be plan for treatment.Thanks.
