On physical examination:
Heart rate - 75 beats/min
Body Temperature - 37.6 degree/celsius
Blood Pressure-130/80 mmhg
Lymphadenopathy is not present
Blood test:
RBC - 5.03 million cells /mcL
Wbc - 15000 cells/mcL
Neutrophils - 5450 cells/mcL
Lymphocytes - 7500 cells/mcL
Monocytes - 1500 cells/mcL
Eosionophills - 500 cells/mcL
Basophills - 50 cells/mcL
Haemoglobin - 14.5 gm/dL
Haematocrit - 41%
Platelet- 230000 cells/mcL
ESR-20 mm/hr
