Double vision, see layered images all time, spectacles has not solved problem. Solution ?

sir i am having a problem of double vision its like when we see tv sometimes when signal is not good we see layered images similar way i see the layered images all time .If i see moon at night i can clearly see 2 to 3 layers of moon even i am confused after wearing spects this problems is not over . so its just problem related to eye or its neurological problem i am really confused and frustrated .

Double vision can be due to various causes like astigmatism or cataract or map position of lens if mono ocular, cranial nerve paralysis or weakness if binocular . A complete and proper eye examination will definitely solve your problem. Seeing multiple distant objects is due to multiple image formation by the eye usually with astigmatism or cataract.
