Dots On Foreskin, Applied Antifungal Cream. Circumcision Recommended?

Hi, I have small dots on the tip of my penis foreskin . I have had this since I was 12-13. Currently I am 27. I think its some sort of infection and have tried applying antifungal cream for several days/weeks with no changes. Could it be possible that the antifungal cream doesnt respond anymore because it has been untreated for so many years. Would circumcision be recommended or any other treatment?

Before you consider getting circumcised, it's important to determine what these dots on your foreskin really are. They might not be caused by an infection at all, and they're probably not an indication of a serious underlying disease, since you've had them for 15 years. There are a number of harmless conditions that manifest as spots on the foreskin, such as Fordyce's granules or angiokeratomas.
Since this condition cannot be diagnosed without an evaluation, you'll have to see your doctor to identify the dots and discuss whether they need to be treated.
